The project Asia Urbs 3, "Strengthening of pilot city administrations Battambang and Siem Reap: Revenues and budget, transparency and peoples participation"  has the same partners as the Asia Urbs 1:
  • the Cambodian districts Battambang and Siem Reap,
  • the German District “Rhein-Sieg-Kreis" and the City of Spoleto in Italy.

In addition to this, the project is supported by:

Partner’s task share is the same as in the Asia Urbs 1: both European territorial corporations provide expertise in local self-government. The relationship with the Cambodian districts is coordinated by KAF Cambodia, while BBJ is in charge of maintaining relations with the European Union.
