The " Kick off meeting “ on the 14th February, 2005 opened officially the Asia Urbs 3 project. Partners agreed on the following work schedule. Implementation toolsVisits of European experts to evaluate the current situation and make first suggestions for its improvement - Working groups with Cambodian experts to develop different concepts
- Training of Cambodian civil servants and experts in public institutions or organizations in the Rhine-Sieg-District and in Spoleto
- Study tours of Cambodian stakeholders to Rhein-Sieg-Kreis and to Spoleto
Drafting of procedural regulations, guidelines and bills
